Since the start of the year I’ve been working with a recipe developer and to say it has been fun would be an understatement! I am thoroughly enjoying trying new recipes and shooting for her on a weekly basis. It has also pushed me into doing a more light and airy style than what I did before.

She’s here! It’s been ten days since we welcomed our sweet Photini Mouna into the world! She arrived on Friday, October 28th on the feast of the Holy Protection of the Theotokos.
