During my most recent business trip to Massachusetts, Teddy, Vicki, and I got together to celebrate their engagement by taking photos in one of my favorite seaside towns! I mean seriously, Rockport is the cutest! Every time I get the chance to go for work, I only wish my husband didn’t have to also be at work and could come with me for a mini vacation – ha! All that to say, 10/10 would recommend visiting!

This was also the first time I’d seen Teddy in years! We knew each other in college! I was excited to see his name pop up into my inbox last fall and it’s been such a joy getting to reconnect for such a special occasion! Teddy and Vicki’s engagement session this July was the first time I was able to meet Vicki in person and wowza – they are the perfect, sweetest match! I cannot wait for their October wedding! In the meantime, I am sharing a little more of their love story with a few of my favorite photos from their engagement session!

How He Proposed
from Vicki’s perspective

Teddy picked me up after I worked an overnight shift and we went to his house. His brother and his brother’s girlfriend were over and we talked about going to a park in Beverly called Lynch park to look for a spot for wedding photos for a wedding we were going to. We got to Lynch Park and walked around there is an area with a gazebo and flower garden. We were walking up by the gazebo and Teddy gave me a card and I read it and he had taken excepts from cards we had written to each other to spell out Will you Marry Me?. He got down on one knee and proposed. His brother’s girlfriend took pictures of the whole thing.
