An Elegant + Timeless Boston Wedding with a Modern Flair

“Elegant and timeless with a modern flair” is how I would describe Stephan and Soteria’s Omni Parker House Boston wedding. It is also how I would describe them as a couple! Being the literature + history major that I am, I thoroughly enjoyed their witty and interesting conversations around books, history and even their appreciation and knowledge for dendrology! I should also mention how much I appreciated their taste in coffee and of course, classic New England location choices! (Peep: Their sunrise engagement session in the most quaint, charming town of Concord, MA – are they not the cutest?) When they told me their wedding venue would be the Omni Parker House Boston, I couldn’t think of a venue that better suited this sweet couple! 

The Omni Park House Boston

There is so much to love about the Omni Parker House. This iconic hotel opened in 1855 and still operates as America’s oldest hotel! From the regal, historic architecture to its classic, warm and elevated inner ambience, everything about this hotel offers itself as a perfect wedding venue for the classic couple in love! Stephan and Soteria’s reception was held in the rooftop ballroom. The ballroom had a very bright and golden ambience, stunning chandeliers, and tall windows with a breathtaking view of the Boston skyline. Everything about this venue was idyllic for their timeless, Boston wedding!

Fun Fact 1: Did you know that the Omni Parker House Boston is where JFK announced his presidential candidacy and is also where he proposed to Jackie O?

Fun fact 2 for fellow Foodie Friends: Did you also know that the Omni Parker House Boston created the famous Boston Cream Pie??
