Shane and Brooke’s Inn at Vint Hill Wedding
It was a perfectly sunny September day for an Inn at Vint Hill wedding in Warrenton, Virginia. Shane and Brooke’s family and friends had gathered from both the New England and DMV areas to celebrate their coming together as one. Love was in the air and let me tell you – it was palpable! Brooke is a bubbly ray of sunshine; Shane is cool, calm and collected; together, they are the perfect match. They value their family, friends, and faith above all else. They had a larger guest count and yet accomplished a wedding day with a sweet, intimate feel. I couldn’t be more thankful to have been present and of service for their special day!
A Classic, Romantic, Hometown Wedding in Warrenton VA
Shane and Brooke’s wedding was classic, romantic, and felt close to home. Brooke grew up in Fauquier County and chose to support as many local businesses as she could. Being a childhood friend of mine, we were both excited to reconnect when I moved back to Virginia and eeeek! I squealed when she asked me to be her wedding photographer! She also found a Virginia-based wedding planner to help pull together her vision for the day, which included nods to the Marine Corps (Shane is a veteran; oorah!) and her love of hoakies (VT grad here!). She found her dress at the local bridal shop in Old Town Warrenton, as well as her incredible florist. They even included floral help from the Kettle Run High School’s horticultural department! And of course, they chose the Inn at Vint Hill in Warrenton VA – a wedding venue with all of the quaint and historic Virginia charm.
