The Silvas became quick foodie friends of mine after we met and photographed their Boston engagement session. We quickly bonded over our Greek roots, our love of cooking, and our favorite restaurants in and around Boston. Also, they love to dance. At their wedding last July, they didn’t have one first dance, they had three! Could they be any more fun?
When Athena contacted me about their maternity portraits, she shared with me inspiration from a previous cooking engagement session I had photographed in Manhattan. How fitting to do something similar and in their own home? There is something particularly special about a lifestyle maternity session at home, because after all, home is where our heart is and where our families grow!
Also, side note: their beautiful home in Quincy makes me miss New England homes so much! The homes have a particularly quaint way about them and are full of character!
