James and Melina’s winter wedding was an absolute joy to photograph. First, they are the most easy-going, relaxed duo (I mean, you kind of have to be to plan a January wedding in Michigan, right?) But also, we’re family! It was a big, fat, Greek family wedding and weekend, making it that much more fun to photograph!
The morning of their wedding, we woke up to the most gorgeous blanket of snow outside that would remain all weekend long. It put a bit of a delay on things for Melina, but I was thankful to get some photos of her and her beautiful mama getting ready at the church before the ceremony. Their Greek Orthodox wedding ceremony was held at Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church and their reception was at The Inn at St. John’s – both picture-perfect locations! I couldn’t be more happy for them as I sort through their images and share some previews of their beautiful day!
Congratulations, James and Melina!
