These Georgetown DC couples portraits have me reminiscing about warm summer evenings in the city! It was late July and the streets of Georgetown were filled with couples and families enjoying the season and gathering for outdoor meals. The atmosphere was energetic and perfect for these sweet photos of Holly and Reece.

A perfect location for engagement photos in Washington DC!

I’m still a bit new here to the DMV, but I have always thought the Georgetown C & O canal area is a perfect location for engagement photos in Washington DC! The past two years I’ve still been traveling quite a bit for weddings, but have had so much fun exploring the area in between. I posted a model call in hopes of photographing in some new spots this past summer, Georgetown included. Holly and Reece responded to the model call and I am so glad they did. These two genuinely have the cutest chemistry and are totally relaxed and fun-loving! We had a short window of time before the sun set in Georgetown and capturing these two in that time frame couldn’t have been easier. They are naturals in front of the camera. I mean, scroll down and tell me those smiles and laughs aren’t contagious! 🙂
